If it was me, I'd add a door between the freezer and the grow room, then remove the door between the dining room and the kitchen. That'll reduce traffic in the kitchen helping keep it clean. If you remove the door from the kitchen to the outside then the kitchen is a dead end and will stay a lot cleaner.
