OH Sword is the best power off hand because the rest is thrash at best. Mainhand Sword has more damage and cleave then Axe and Staff only has more burst with the initial mark spam. Randomly a Reaper is a great option for general open world stuff but isn't as good at soloing champions as scourge is. It's also just a selfish power dps class in group content. You'll get them all unlocked eventually but can't go wrong with scourge.
