Alright guys I was having a problem with my lml, it had an h&s with 5" exhaust and got to where it would not start when it was warm and we determined the cp4 was failing. I went in and done a Wehrli cp3 conversion with IC pipes, EGR/DEF delete, AFE intake, Kory's tunes 150 fass and a sportsman cp3.also, try and stay away from either. if you get desperate, use a small amount of gasoline, WD40 or something similar. much safer. bad CP3 can definitely leak fuel in to the return. pull the return on the CP3 and verify how much comes out when cranking. if it is too much it can rob the pumps ability to make pressure. M.I changed the injectors/glow plugs on 06 Duramax 3500 LBZ and now have crank no start and leaks fuel when cranking. Checked all High pressure & return lines and no leaks.
