From the moment we arrived (and we were a family of 11) the staff at the front desk, Roselyn and Lea, were most welcoming. One of our rooms was ready so we were able to drop off our luggage with the help of Wilfred who came to get our bags with his mini-truck. We like the location of La Playa better because of being on Orient Beach but we like Grand Case Beach Club and it's Sunset Cafe for dinner. The water may be more suitable for youngsters at GCBC.
