This trail is HARD. 5.5 miles of straight up elevation gain, this trail is unforgiving and no joke. Absolutely gorgeous views the way up and unbeatable 360 views at the top. Beautiful wide flowers and views of Lake Diablo about 1.5 miles from the top. Still some snow towards the top but doable with boots and hiking poles.
