This is what I have tried: Restarted the iPhone - Didn't work. Change password on the account and then update the password on the iPhone (twice) - Didn't work. Delete the account from Mail on my iPhone and attempt to setup again (twice) - Didn't work. Checked the setting referenced above regarding 3rd party apps - It was already enabled.
