The hot baths and massages are well worth, the time and money! Its is a very relaxing experience!! The first step is a long soak in the hot mineral baths, second a hot towel wrap, third a sitz bath; (which is wonderful for low back pain),next a cold needle shower and last but not least, a great massage! 20 minute ish soak/bath, back, legs, arm scrub by the attendant, cool down/hot towel relaxing time (20ish minutes), sauna (single sauna where your head is out and door is open at the head), sitz bath, massage.
