BetterHelp and the FTC have reached a settlement in regard to BetterHelp's advertising practices that were in effect between 2017 to 2020. The FTC alleged we used limited, encrypted information to optimize the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns so we could deliver more relevant ads and reach people who may be interested in our services.

So I signed up with betterhelp a couple months ago and everything’s been fine. My issue now, is that last month was the last time I heard anything from my therapist. I last had a live session on December 21st, then I sent a message on December 24th and haven’t received a response since. For a full month it’s $440 AUD, so $110 per week. From $65-$90 per week.
