Best 40k books. Probably my favourite 40K series. I believe there is "Battle of the Fang" where the Thousand Sons siege Fenris. The Horus Heresy novels, A Thousand Sons, is pretty good and is focused almost exclusively on the Thousand Sons. Prospero Burns is okay, but you get a lot of other legion characters in that one.

Honour Imperialis anthology was my first 40k read, followed by Death of Integrity (Guy Haley). Titanicus (Dan Abnett), Night Lords Omnibus (Aaron Dembski-Bowden), Storm of Iron/Iron Warriors Omnibus (Graham McNeill) are also worth hunting down. Dante is pretty good.
