I have the platinum and gold, and it looks like I haven’t received the $10 from gold in my Uber account, but I did get the platinum credit. Mine didn't show up in the app but when I used uber eats yesterday it credited me. Try removing and adding your card again to the Uber Eats app. Worked for me after doing this.
