The top video you posted is great because it demonstrates perfectly that turning off traction control and stabilitrac off via the button below the radio doesn't really do anything. With the rear wheels jacked up and TC and stabilitrac turned off, the truck still will not rev and the wheels barely spin.

The truck was also in limp mode only able to go about 35. Still was able to go into gear but hit real hard when changing the selector. Rpm gauge not working is defo a Crank sensor issue. I had a truck with this issue. Hard 1-2 shift , service stabilitrak and traction control working. The crank sensor was the issue.
